All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of bulk consumable goods, all sales are final. TaskPort Water Co. does not accept returns or issue refunds for orders once they have been delivered.

Exception: Incorrect Delivery

If a delivery was made incorrectly — for example, the wrong product was delivered, cases were missing, or items arrived damaged — a full refund will be issued upon verification.

To qualify for a refund under this exception:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence documenting the issue
  • The claim must be submitted to bettercityinvestments@gmail.com or (313) 403-8189

Our Delivery Documentation

For your protection and ours, TaskPort Water Co. photographs every delivery as proof of completion. This includes a photo of the delivery location, product placement, and item count. This documentation is maintained for all orders and helps resolve any disputes quickly and fairly.
