TaskPort Water Co. provides local delivery exclusively within a 30-mile radius of 48202 — 144 ZIP codes total. We do not ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any third-party carrier. All deliveries are handled personally by our team.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 1–5 business days of purchase. Most arrive in 1–3 days. We confirm your delivery details before heading out, so you’ll always know when to expect us.

Local delivery allows our team to stay on top of every order — even in urgent situations. Because we handle each delivery ourselves, we maintain the highest standard of care from pickup to drop-off.

Delivery Cost

Delivery is always free, every order. There are no shipping fees, freight charges, or hidden costs added to your order. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay. We will never charge for shipping.

What to Expect at Delivery

  • We will confirm your delivery address and any special instructions before arrival
  • We carry cases directly to your door, loading dock, or designated drop-off area — no heavy lifting on you
  • Every delivery is photographed as proof of completion
  • A delivery confirmation will be provided upon request

Missed or Failed Delivery

If a home, warehouse, apartment, or business is closed or inaccessible upon our arrival, we will:

  • Attempt to reach you by phone to coordinate access
  • Leave the order in a safe, accessible location if permitted
  • Schedule a re-delivery if the location is fully inaccessible

Due to the significant weight of bulk water cases, every effort is made to ensure the first delivery attempt is successful. Please ensure someone is available or provide clear access instructions at checkout.
